Cancellation & NO REFUND POLICY We value your time and business and ask that you respect our scheduling, cancellation and No Refund policies. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellation. * Divaforeva Lashes LLC does not offer refunds, we do offer a 3 DAY GRACE PERIOD, FREE 15 - MIN period for you to come in for touch-ups as needed. This does not apply to weekly infill(s). * If you cancel or reschedule your appointment SIX HOURS BEFORE your appointment, Divaforeva Lashes LLC will require you to pre-pay for your treatment/service when booking your next appointment. * All appointment cancellations must be made and confirmed via telephone. Appointment cancellations through text or email are also acceptable.
